The Process
Our design-build process is the reason projects feel calm. It is the same for every client — refined over sixteen years and 240+ renovations.
We meet in your home, study the architecture and listen to how you actually live. No two briefs are the same.
We sketch, model and present a considered material palette — stone, wood, metal, light — before a single wall comes down.
Drawings, joinery details, mechanical & electrical coordination. We resolve the boring parts so the finished room feels effortless.
Carpenters, stone masons, painters, electricians — all on the same schedule under one project lead, all trusted trades.
Weekly site walks, photo updates, and a clean jobsite. We protect the rest of your home as if it were our own.
Furniture, art, drapery and styling. We hand the keys back with a house that already feels lived in.
The keys are handed back. The home is yours.

From the Journal
Notes from the studio — material studies, renovation advice, and deep dives into completed projects.
Read the journal
A kitchen island should do more than hold a sink. We share how we design islands as the quiet anchor of the home — for cooking, gathering, and lingering.

The marble-or-quartzite question comes up in every kitchen renovation. We lay out the trade-offs in beauty, durability, and maintenance.

Most homeowners do not realise there are two fundamentally different ways to renovate. We explain why the integrated model delivers better results.
