The Process

A guided, six-step journey from
first sketch to final styling.

Our design-build process is the reason projects feel calm. It is the same for every client — refined over sixteen years and 240+ renovations.

Step 01

Discovery

We meet in your home, study the architecture and listen to how you actually live. No two briefs are the same.

Step 02

Concept & Material

We sketch, model and present a considered material palette — stone, wood, metal, light — before a single wall comes down.

Step 03

Design Development

Drawings, joinery details, mechanical & electrical coordination. We resolve the boring parts so the finished room feels effortless.

Step 04

Trade Coordination

Carpenters, stone masons, painters, electricians — all on the same schedule under one project lead, all trusted trades.

Step 05

Build & Install

Weekly site walks, photo updates, and a clean jobsite. We protect the rest of your home as if it were our own.

Step 06

Styling & Reveal

Furniture, art, drapery and styling. We hand the keys back with a house that already feels lived in.

The keys are handed back. The home is yours.

Room Mood

Choose a feeling. We will design the room around it.

Every renovation begins with a mood, not a mood board. Pick a starting palette and we will tailor the architecture, lighting and materials from there.

Client Words

What our clients
tell their friends.

They made a full gut renovation feel calm. We always knew what was happening, what was next and why it mattered.
